Nylofor 3-M is a complete system with 3 meter panels, developed for a fast, professional and low cost installation - Recommended for professional fencing of public buildings, factories and schools.

Panel
The panels have a width of 3000 mm and a height from 1030 to 2430 mm.
The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm on one side and are reversible (barbs at top or at bottom).
Mesh sizes are 200 x 50 mm, and 100 x 50 mm for the beam sections.
The heavy wires, with a diameter of 5 mm guarantee an extraordinary level of rigidity.


Posts and fixation
The Nylofor 3-M system can be applied to 3 differents posts systems:

Bekafast post system
Lateral fixing of the Nylofor 3-M panels on the Bekafast post.
Without accessories. Perfect fixing of the reinforcements of the panel in the post profile.
The Bekafast posts (60 x 50 mm) are covered with a plastic cap.

Bekafix post system
The panels are fixed lateral on the posts with specific fixators made out of polyamid or metal (security clips). The welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) in H-shape are covered with a plastic cap.

Square post system
The panels are fixed on the frontside of the posts by means of fixators and security bolts.
The welded square tubular posts (60 x 60 x 1,50 mm) have inserts for fixing the panels with the fixators and are covered with a plastic cap.

Gates
The Nylofor 3-M system is complete and optimal protection is given using the high technology swing and sliding gates Nylofor and Robusta.

Coating techniques
Panels made out of galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the PVC coating.
The posts are in- and outside galvanised (min. coating 275g/m2, both sides together), in accordance with Euro norm 10147. Afterwards an adhesion coating is applied and finally the posts are plastic coated (min. 60 micron).
