Hi-Fast Super 70 Chain Link

	Applications The HiFast Super 70 system has been developed for use where speed of erection and security is essential: Highways, track side, military, power plants, other areas of general secutiry such as schools and commercial premises. Benefits High security The unique HiFast Super 70 system provides a chain link system with all the security associated with a panel system by combining Hi Tensile wire and clamp bars. Fast to erect The purpose designed post and clamp bar system provides for installation upto 30% faster than conventional line wire systems. High longevity State of the arts coating technology with its unique green treatment increases the products resistance to corrosion. Built in rigidity A rigid fence, achieved as a result of using high tensile wire strained and secured by security fixings and clamp bars provide an extremely rigid fence.

Hi Fast Super 70 chain link is manufactured from high tensile wire to 70psi. The increased strength of the wire allows for greater tensioning making the fence more difficult to cut or dismantle. The wire is galvanised to BS 443 prior to unique green treatment, which increases resistance to white rust corrosion.

Recommended Post System
A purpose designed Post System for easy and fast installation.
The fence is secured to the blank 60 x 60 x 2mm intermediate posts using 20mm x 5mm shaped clamp bars and fixed with M6 Twilfix drill screws. End, corner and two-way strainer posts of 80mm x 80mm x 3mm are fitted with 25mm x 5mm slotted stretcher bars using M8 diameter Cup-Square-Round bolts through the post. This system surpasses the requirements of BS 1722: Part 10. End posts and extensions complete with strut. Corner posts and extensions complete with 2 struts.

Finish
Galvanised to BS 443 prior to unique green treatment which increases resistance to white rust corrosion

Barbed edges or knuckled edges – or combination of both. Supplied as standard in rolls of 12.5m lengths.
