Noise is a major nuisance in modern society – according to the Europeans commission (96) approximately 20% of all Europeans are exposed to a noise level that hazardous to health in the long term. Major sources of noise comes from heavy traffic road, rail traffic and large industrial areas.

At Burn fencing we install acoustic fencing systems that significantly reduce noise levels.


Noise Absorber

		One of the most important features of an effective noise barrier is absorption. Rock delta green noise barriers efficiently limit the noise diffusion. This is first and foremost due to the special core material of water absorbing stone wool used in these barriers. The noise barrier therefore not only insulates against noise but more importantly absorbs noise.


Timber Acoustic

		Timber acoustic barrier form an attractive long lasting and effective noise reducer. They work on two levels – firstly as a noise deflector, the height of the completely solid barrier deflecting the noise away. Secondly if a layer of absorbing material is introduced sound levels can be further reduced by halting more noise at the barrier.
