We have an extensive range of fence types available for new build and regeneration projects. Close-boarded fences for privacy and security, to meet secured by design requirements and knee rail low-level fences for boundary demarcation and landscaped areas.

Close boarded fences are very popular and are use on a variety of housing schemes including – new build, regeneration and housing associated developments. They provide both privacy and security for residents and also offer screening for areas such as bin stores and storage areas.

Timber palisade fences are much the same at close-boarded fences. The only difference is the boards have a gap between. Palisade fences still provide privacy, screening and security. The gap between the boards helps to reduce the load on the fence and enables scope for more design elements (boards can be arranged at different angles, have printed tops, chevron patterns etc)

additional information

Timber knee rail is an ideal fence for a low level barrier to prevent vehicle access or as a demarcation fence. It also provides attractive unobtrusive barriers in cars parks and around landscaped areas.

Concrete posts and panel fencing are popular around both domestic houses and social housing schemes. The concrete slotted posts and the base panels mean that maintenance is kept to a minimum and plants can be planted right up to the fence. Various types of panels are available to suit the application and design.
